Welcome to Livestockstar! These Terms of Use govern your use of the Livestockstar app and services across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Livestockstar, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

The Service

Livestockstar is a subscription-based livestock management app. We provide tools to track your animals, manage breeding programs, monitor health and productivity, and more.

Subscription Details:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing may vary by platform (iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or web)
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@livestockstar.com
• Cancellation stops future charges but you retain access through the end of your current billing period

Platform-Specific Terms

Mobile Subscriptions (iOS/Android): Managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their terms and policies also apply to your subscription.

Web Subscriptions: Processed by our payment partner. Contact support@livestockstar.com for billing and refund questions related to web subscriptions.

Your Responsibilities

Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account with others.

Accurate Information: While Livestockstar helps you track data, you're responsible for entering accurate information.

Acceptable Use: Don't use Livestockstar to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass other users or our team
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Upload, save, or share inappropriate or offensive content

Our Rights

Service Changes: We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Service Availability: We strive for reliable uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Intellectual Property

Flockstar Software LLC owns all rights to the app, website, logo, and original content. Your data belongs to you, and you can export it anytime.

Data & Privacy

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Livestockstar, you consent to our data practices outlined there.

Limitation of Liability

Livestockstar is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Data loss (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it)
• Business losses or damages from service interruptions
• Decisions made based on data tracked in the app
• Issues caused by third-party services (app stores, payment processors)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Virginia courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of Livestockstar after changes means you accept the updated terms.
